Is the CCC a menu?
  • The CCC is far more than a menu. The CCC not only presents your customer with F&I product options, it does so in an interesting and interactive way.
  • The CCC is to a menu what a cruiser is to a moped. They will both ultimately get you where you want to go, but not in the same style.
  • The CCC enables the customer to consider his/her F&I options at his/her own pace, provides answers to FAQs and even allows the detailed consumer the ability to review the actual contract associated with the F&I product.
Who should consider using the Customer Care Center?
  • Any dealer who does not have a dedicated F & I staff available during all store hours.
  • Any dealer who is relying on sales people to handle F & I sales.
  • Any dealer who understands the importance of F & I to the dealership and to the customer but is selling F & I products to less than 40% of customers.
  • Any dealer who thinks F & I is all about finance.
  • In fact, we have found dealers of all sizes who have benefited from use of the CCC.
Why are Powersports dealers so far behind in making F & I a part of their sales formula?
  • Offering (selling) F & I products requires knowledge, belief and commitment. Many dealers do not have the qualified staff (due to insufficient training, employee turnover, etc.).
  • Sometimes the sales person will sabotage the F&I process by deciding on the value of the products instead of letting the customer decide.
  • The customer needs to be offered the products – if you don’t offer how will they know what you have to offer?
  • Some dealers say they can\'t be troubled with the paperwork.

How can the CCC improve F&I sales?
  • Ever heard the saying: “If you want something done right do it yourself.”? – The CCC handles the F&I sales process for the dealer.
  • Research shows that the number 1 reason powersports customers don’t buy F&I products is that they aren’t offered the products.
  • If used correctly, the CCC presents every F&I product you have to offer, to every one of your customers, every time.
  • Because the CCC is designed to present only the products your store sells to customers buying eligible vehicles, it eliminates the guess work.
How much profit can a dealer make using the CCC?
  • More than 50% of customers visiting the CCC buy F & I packages containing 2 or more products. The profit on these sales averages $400.00 to $600.00.
  • Based on the dealership’s vehicle sales volume this could mean an increase of $100,000.00 or more in annual profits.
How does the CCC work?
  • After a simple set up process, the dealer and dealership sales personnel have access to a customized site that they can access whenever they have a customer interested in buying a vehicle.
  • The sales person (or F&I person) enters the vehicle information. The system filters the F&I products to be presented based on the vehicle information input by the sales person.
  • The system then loads the audio and video components for the products to be presented.
  • The sales person invites the customer to enter some basic information – so that the customer can revisit the system later if desired.
  • The CCC then displays the product icons for the products to be considered. The customer views each dynamic presentation and has the option to review FAQs and even review the actual contract, if desired.
  • Once the customer has reviewed the presentations he/she has the option to include the products with the vehicle purchase.
  • A printable confirmation form is automatically generated by the system showing the customer’s choices.
  • The information captured in the CCC can be downloaded into a CSV file and uploaded into the dealer’s DMS system. The dealer can also print the actual contracts associated with each F&I product straight from the system, in most cases.
What is the process for getting started?
  • It’s easy.
  • The dealer selects the products he/she wants to sell and determines the retail prices he/she wants to charge.
  • We set the dealership up with its own unique user name and password.
  • Only the products and prices the dealer has selected will appear to his/her customers. Each sales person has a unique user name and password as well.
  • You can sign up and be using the CCC in the same day.

What does it cost to use the CCC?
  • There are no start up fees and no sign up fees.
  • We don’t make money until you make money.
  • There are three fee structures but the one most dealers choose is the simplest: $25 per product sold plus an additional $25 if you sell a product not administered by us - like your own pre-paid maintenance or a manufacturer’s service contract.
